The Language in Which She Writes

Until recently, my language was called Serbo-Croatian. In 1995 after the war, this language was separated from Serbian and was established on its own as Croatian. Since this language has an undeniable history, both Croatian and Serbian, like other Slavic languages, can be traced back to its ancient Sanskrit roots. My personal interest is discovering the words, rituals and customs that testify to this origin.

CREDO
“Barefooted I started, at the break of dawn
singing to discover who I was...”
(From the collection “Fairy’s Slough”)

To find out who I am-that’s what all this is about.
How do I do it? By singing, that’s how I do it.
To find out who I am and enter the Kingdom of Heaven, that is the objective common to all and shared by all, the only real career of man.
